Slalom Emerge is seeking a Team Operations Specialist to join Team Operations. This role will provide operations support to our employees across all Emerge regions.

What You'll Do

• Manage existing programs and create new ones that support connections and love of work among Emerge team members
• Manage awards and recognition programs for Emerge employees
• Plan and execute in-person events including but not limited to: venue selection, lodging accommodations, food and beverage selection, vendor management and executing any assigned tasks agreed to in project plans. Some travel required.
• Manage distribution lists
• Provide a range of administrative support for the General Manager including but not limited to: booking travel, expense management and coding, calendar management
• Work with Chief of Staff in preparing for All-Emerge meetings and hosting where needed
• Work with the Communications Specialist to prepare and edit correspondence, newsletters and presentations
• Support special projects within Emerge Operations as needs arise (ad-hoc basis).
• Build relationships with other operations teams to foster communications, share best practices, and learn from one another.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced and challenging work environment, ideally with experience in events and operations.
• Scrupulous attention to detail, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented
• Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity
