Job Summary:
Revel Systems is looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales organization. You will be responsible for building out your own team, overseeing and motivating your sales staff, implementing sales plans, developing new business, and expanding existing business across the U.S. market.
The Sales Manager is responsible for field level management of the Sales Executives and their opportunities. This person will be engaged in employee coaching and training, team leadership, prospect meetings, calls, negotiations, forecasting for their team, account planning and analysis, territory assessment, and market sizing for the Division they are managing. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Sales and other key team members to continuously evolve the sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives. The Sales leader will assist with the successful hiring, training, and growth of sales numbers.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Measure and monitor sales activities within their region on weekly basis
- Proactively commends and/or corrects behaviors or employee items which impact the business
- Helps recruit, selects and develops a high impact sales team
- Has overseen teams of 6+ individuals
- Other duties as needed

Key Requirements for the Sales Manager:
- BS or BA degree required
- 3 to 5 years experience managing a sales team in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Start up or SAAS experience required
- Proven and substantial sales achievements
- A passion for coaching and developing
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
