Logistics Teamlead (m/f/d)

for our locations in Hof and Münchberg

As a Logistics Teamlead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 20 employees. With the help of relevant KPIs, you will manage the daily routine, ensure timely processing and work towards achieving the goals in your area. You make an important contribution to providing excellent service to our customers by ensuring the smooth running and optimization of day-to-day operations. You manage personnel planning and can ideally analyze KPIs based on your previous professional experience.We welcome applications from within the region or from candidates who are willing to relocate for this position.

Your future tasks:

• Independent management of a team in the areas of incoming goods, outgoing goods, picking, packing or returns
• Deadline- and goal-oriented control of order processing and material flow
• Ensuring compliance with customer requirements with regard to process and quality specifications
• Productivity-oriented and flexible personnel planning
• Supporting shift management in projects to increase efficiency and quality
• Compliance with and monitoring of occupational safety regulations and cleanliness in the work area
• Training and development of employees
• Active participation in operational processes

What you bring:

• Good basic understanding of warehouse processes
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems and knowledge of how to use MS Office programs
• Professional experience in the field of e-commerce / B2C logistics is desirable
• Strong leadership skills andassertiveness
• High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, organizational skills and ability to act as a role model
• Flexibility regarding working hours and responsibilities
• Resilience and commitment to continuous performance improvement
• Good written and spoken German
