As a Test Architect, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving test strategies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the company’s technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a test architect or similar role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JIRA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Framework Development
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure alignment of testing processes with the overall technology strategy.
2. Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance to testing teams on technical and functional testing approaches.
- Mentor and coach testing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
3. Quality Assurance Governance
- Establish testing standards and best practices across projects.
- Implement quality gates and KPIs to monitor testing effectiveness.
4. Tooling & Automation
- Evaluate and recommend tools for test automation, performance testing, and other quality assurance processes.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of test automation frameworks.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless integration of testing in the development lifecycle.
- Communicate test strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders effectively.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in software testing and quality assurance.
- Drive innovation in testing practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB Test Architect or equivalent certification (preferred).
