The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As a Communications Manager on the Target Tech Communications Team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering clear, consistent messaging that informs, inspires, and unites our tech team. The goal is to provide clarity of our tech strategy, build confidence and pride in Target tech, and strengthen our culture and reputation inside and outside Target.

As a Communications Manager you will:

• Assist with evolving communications strategies, including vehicles, leader communications, and measurement
• Collaborate with partners to develop clear communications plans
• Develop, create and publish content for internal and external audiences
• Edit content before publication
• Help maintain editorial calendar and process
• Plan and produce e-newsletters for internal audiences
• Understand communication measurement techniques, tracking and reporting against KPIs
• Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned to Target's values of Inclusivity, Connection and Drive
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Strong team player, highly effective at collaborating and influencing internal partners, inclusive of senior leadership, and building strong relationships across a large, matrixed organization
• A strong business acumen and storytelling mindset
• Versatile writer and editor

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
