Tech Delivery Lead - Merchant Gateway

Seasoned Delivery Lead to manage complex Merchant suite of projects. Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:• Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. • Role has matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations, as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects.• Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements/features for technology solutions. • Assists with technology estimates, manages complex technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. • Manages to timelines and communicates project status.
Required Skills
Strong relationship building and mentoring skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall Methodologies, Enterprise Change Standards for Programs, and projects SDLC, Waterfall, Agile (PPRT management, deliverables and tollgates for both programs and projects).
Intermediate - Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Data analysis skills and ability to create executive quality materials.
Ability to connect dots and articulate clear and concise status and action plans.
Ability to confidently lead meetings and discussions.
Desired Skills
• Agile experience strongly desired• JIRA experience preferred• Any prior knowledge of Bank tools(PPRT, ECM, Jira, CECE, Remedy, Nexus) • Strong working knowledge of Bank of America's PMO Enterprise Change Standards.• Experience with Permit process (Permit to Operate, Send, Receive).
