Tech Evangelist

We’re looking for a passionate Technology Evangelist with deep expertise in networking and security to join us. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for bridging our research, engineering, and product innovations to our customers, partners, and the broader security community. If you love educating others about cutting-edge technology and working with R&D people, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain a technical blog informing and educating our audience about Cato's SASE platform and industry insights. 

• Collaborate with our researchers to submit technical papers to industry conferences and publications, highlighting our technical achievements. 

• Provide timely updates on active threats, emerging cybersecurity, and networking trends to keep our customers and partners informed and safe. 

• Work with our R&D teams to identify innovative solutions, creating compelling content that resonates across the industry. 

• Represent Cato at industry events, webinars, and conferences, sharing insights about our SASE platform and security practices. 

• Engage with industry thought leaders to stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity and SASE. 

Requirements:  

• Proven experience in tech evangelism, such as working in IT publications, cybersecurity evangelism, or technical content creation. 

• Relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent technical expertise. 

• Strong understanding of concepts in networking and cybersecurity. 

• Ability to articulate complex technical topics in an engaging way, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
