Community Department manages the Katalon Community, Katalon Academy, and Katalon University Program offerings.

• Katalon Community is our primary public-facing self-service support portal featuring discussion forums and resources.
• Katalon Academy is our comprehensive product-focused training portal.
• Katalon University is our newest program to partner with universities and students to learn more about testing tools and Katalon products.

Our mission is to support and encourage testing practitioners, experts, customers, and partners through all stages of their journey and help them build product knowledge.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-moving team responsible for driving many innovative programs for Katalon and our customers with KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Requirements

• Develop the community content strategy which aligns with the product roadmap, social media, and product marketing directions to benefit new users and customers.
• Develop and monitor course content for Katalon Academy to different audience groups from Freemium to Enterprise users.
• Develop webinars, training videos, and community groups for QA, and engage with existing groups of competitors where integration exists to promote the Katalon integrations.
• Run workshops and sessions with developers or testers for education on Katalon and testing in general.
• Attend industry webinars, workshops, and events and relay back to the GTM organization on how we can change and improve our overall messaging.
