We're on the hunt for a Lead Developer, someone who's not just a participant but a pacesetter in our journey. Here's what your role will entail:

• Work hands-on on the projects alongside the team to contribute to the development process and ensure project success.
• Lead a team of front-end and back-end developers, ensuring adherence to best practices through regular code reviews.
• Support the professional growth of all team members.
• Enforce coding standards and conduct rigorous testing to maintain high software quality.
• Guide developers regarding the implementation of test units to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Design scalable solutions using headless CMS frameworks, ensuring compliance with accessibility, security, and performance standards.
• Stay updated with new technologies and trends to continually enhance team capabilities.
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation and communicate complex technical details effectively across the company.

We Need You to Bring:

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience, proficient in JavaScript, PHP, and HTML/CSS.
• Expertise in headless CMS and modern frameworks, including Next.js, WordPress, Sanity or alike.
• Proven leadership in managing development teams, with strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
• Thorough understanding of web best practices, encompassing security, performance, and usability.
• Strategic thinking ability to make decisions aligning with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Candidates must provide a portfolio or list of 3 projects they have previously worked on.
• Candidate must be able to work according to Swedish Time Zone GMT+2
