Tech Lead Mobile SDK (f/m/d)

As a Tech Lead you will manage a team of highly committed developers. Together you will develop a state-of-the-art mobile SDK solution and help grow the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to the development team. This includes guiding the team on the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Code quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team is of high quality. This includes conducting code reviews, writing and enforcing coding standards, and using appropriate testing and validation techniques.
• Project management: Manage the technical aspects of the project. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Development: Work on our code base and push proof of concepts and high impact features yourself.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product leads, tech leads and data scientists to ensure that the technical design aligns with the product requirements.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team. This includes exploring new tools and technologies that could improve the development process, and promoting the use of best practices to achieve technical excellence.

How the optimal candidate may look like:

• Technical expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
• Leadership skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction as they work on a crucial part of the company's SaaS platform.
• Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, XCTest, Espresso)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native development
• Plus: Experience in mobile SDK development
• Plus: Experience with Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency
