We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team, performing a crucial role in leading projects in our Deep Dark Web sector. We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive individual willing to collaborate with product teams to define backlogs and new features, which results in the growth of the entire Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:

• Leading projects within the Deep Dark Web sector;
• Collaborating with product teams on backlog definition and new features;
• Overseeing development teams on various projects;
• Managing pressure and deadlines effectively.

Indispensable Requirements:

• Portuguese proficiency;
• English proficiency;
• Experience in managing multiple projects;
• Proficiency in microservices architecture;
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with Java.

Additional Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• Experience with ElasticSearch or other non-relational databases;
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design;
• Familiarity with clean code principles;
• Ability to conduct code reviews for developers.
