Tech Lead SAP FI Sênior

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance professional to lead strategic SAP S/4HANA initiatives in a fully remote environment. The role is focused on driving technical excellence across SAP FI solutions, integrations, and financial architecture evolution while supporting business-critical operations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with best practices. The position also offers the chance to contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI and modern SAP technologies. • Act as the technical reference for SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives, supporting architectural decisions and the continuous evolution of financial solutions.
• Lead SAP integrations with external systems using technologies such as APIs, CPI, IDocs, and SAP BTP to ensure seamless connectivity and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues related to financial closing processes, system performance, and integrations.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into efficient, scalable, and sustainable SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development and functional teams, ensuring alignment, delivery quality, and best practices adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on performance optimization, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI and emerging technologies within SAP and hybrid environments.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, and AA.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and previous experience in SAP technical leadership or Tech Lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integrations, including APIs, CPI, and IDocs.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and familiarity with Brazilian tax and fiscal processes.
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud environments, and Linux administration is considered a strong plus.
• Exposure to AI-driven innovation projects and experience in NON-SAP ecosystems are desirable.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, ownership attitude, and a solution-oriented approach.
