The DX Team impacts the global growth of HubSpot’s core products by developing sites applications and experiences for the HubSpot brand. In this role you’ll get to:

Ingest create and manage APIs

Explore new technologies and figure out where to use them

Come up with creative ideas for projects and work through them with your teammates

Lead multiple projects with many moving parts

We’re looking for people who:
-
Ideally have 5+ years of web development experience
-
Ideally have 1+ years of team lead or technical lead experience (mentoring or overseeing other developers on a project basis)
-
Effectively communicates with non-technical stakeholders
-
Project management experience including setting deadlines creating estimates and QAing their team’s work
-
Familiar with server-side development in Node.js
-
Experience ingesting creating and managing APIs
-
Experience with Git
-
Organized with great attention to detail
-
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js Vue.js Angular) and templating systems (EJS)
-
Passionate about performance reusability security and coding best practices
Cash compensation range: 127000-203000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy . The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
