Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta GA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms frameworks and tools as well as the ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
Optimize and fine tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI/ML development.
Ensure the quality and integrity of data used for training and testing AI/ML models.
Document processes methodologies and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of projects.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
Strong programming skills in Python R or Java.
Deep understanding of statistical analysis data mining and predictive modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
Ability to work with large datasets and proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL Pandas).
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML.
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
