Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition professional to contribute to Kueski's growth by managing the recruiting interviewing and hiring process of candidates across our organization (Data Software Engineering among others).
Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting and hiring process of the assigned roles.

Work closely with Hiring Manager to confirm and document the interview process for the role.

Source top candidates from target companies.

Act as an Ambassador of Kueki's culture ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
Requirements
-
Experience in outreach of passive candidates through LinkedIn or other sources.

Experience managing a full cycle recruiting process of technical roles.

3-4 years experience in strategic research sourcing and recruiting difficult-to-fill roles in a high growth environment

Experience recruiting technology talent at a fast-paced digital productΒ company

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience with Lever is an advantage

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
