Tech Tester

We started with televisions and we are now expanding into new product categories. We are now looking for a Tech Tester to join our team.

• Do you obsess over the comparative performance of consumer products, such as tech/gadgets, and often care about the performance more than using the product itself?  
• Are you a technical support agent or technician who digs deeper into client problems to understand their cause, and always strives to learn more? 
• Are you a sales representative who goes beyond their peers in helping customers and understanding the product, including diving deep into understanding the technologies and comparing performance?

Responsibilities  

• Play with and test new consumer products by following the written test bench procedure 
• Understand the consumer products from a user's perspective and make sure all relevant features are tested, even those not covered by the test bench 
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the performance of consumer products 
• Analyze and compare data and test results to verify quality and spot potential issues or mistakes 
• Record test results and maintain detailed documentation 
• Re-check specific results and product performance due to firmware updates or user questions 
• Other duties as assigned

• You love doing research, analyzing data, and comparing products. You typically spend weeks researching before buying something. 
• You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product for them. 
• You like learning new things. Even if you become an expert, you will never know everything. There will always be new technology. 
• You are methodical. 

Qualification/Experience  

• Good English communication skills 
• It is a bonus to have work experience in a tech related field
• It is a bonus to have a technical background with a DEP/DEC in electronic or computer science
