Growth Plan
We relentlessly focus on enhancing and simplifying the user experience of our SaaS platform. Most recently, we are implementing a ChatGPT-4 based user interface that allows users with no Python programming skills to express investment ideas in an English conversation with our AI bot which implements the idea using our analytics libraries and data on the fly.

What you’ll do
- Proactively learn the SigTech python-based platform in order to effectively support the existing user base and identify opportunities for product development
- Develop knowledge of financial instruments and systematic investing to better understand the goals and workflows of clients
- Actively manage existing accounts, working to expand relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct effective demonstrations of the SigTech platforms to prospects, and manage the sales process through diligent follow-ups and relationship building
- Provide scalable solutions to client queries or escalate as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with engineering and quant teams in an agile environment to deliver incremental product value
- Periodically collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and releases
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
- Strong understanding of Python and experience working with python-based platforms
- Knowledge of financial instruments, systematic investing, and cloud computing
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem solving
- Heavily user-focused with the ability to translate product insights into actionable requirements that can be understood by engineering teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to both support and gather feedback from clients. Able to tailor communication style to audience
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and ruthlessly prioritize
- Motivated to achieve and driven by success
Great to haves
- Derivatives trading experience
- Trading strategies research
- Experience in the commodity trading/hedging space will be highly regarded
Salary Range
In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of posting will range from $100,000 / $110,000 The compensation information is a good-faith assessment. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
