Job Description
The Swish Analytics team is seeking Solutions Engineers to have a direct impact on the products, services, and onboarding of new sportsbook clients. We’re a team passionate about accurate predictions and real-time data, and hope you find satisfaction in presenting and delivering new products with the latest and greatest technologies. This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services
- Conduct discovery, qualification, and technical demos for prospective customers
- Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams
- Understand deeply our customers workflows today & how they can implement an API-first approach to Swish products
- Act as a technical expert in the sales and customer onboarding process, integrating client systems with Swish products
- Remain current with the competitive landscape, trends, & challenges in the API market
- Create proof of concept integrations and workflows as needed to support prospective customers
- Share customer feedback with appropriate teams & provide general customer advocacy
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required; high preference for major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or related professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales, solutions engineering experience, or technical account management
- Customer facing experience & comfortable engaging all levels of technologists and company leaders including executive management
- Capable of forging deep, long-lasting relationships with Strategic customers
- Strong understanding of API development and consuming API’s
- High-level of familiarity with US sports and sports betting
