Technical Account Manager

 Everbridge is a rapidly growing company based in the US and is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support large clients in our federal practice. This is a hybrid role, which will require 2-3 days in Burlington, MA

The Technical Account Manager is customer-facing and requires a comprehensive understanding of Everbridge's Control Center platform. Your expertise will extend to the infrastructures it interacts with, as well as detailed knowledge of the subsystem edge devices utilized by our end-users and reseller partner customers. https://www.everbridge.com/products/control-center/

What you'll do;

• Ensure consistently positive customer experiences by overseeing deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution.
• Establish a formal governance model with the client, conduct periodic stakeholder meetings, and quarterly business reviews, and provide monthly account reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver a continuous product education and awareness program, including onsite training sessions as required.
• Set and track customer satisfaction KPIs and develop and manage action plans to continuously improve these metrics.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure critical issues are documented and escalated for resolution.
• Produce integration requirements specifications based on customer interactions and technical documentation.
• Global Engagement: Your role involves collaboration with the technical program team and end-customer stakeholders, where you'll translate intricate technical requirements into innovative solutions

What you'll bring;

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of Corporate / Military combined experience 3+ years in a customer-facing support or consulting role.
• Strong project management and time management and proficiency with technical/software skills.
• Working knowledge of internet-hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of database architectures and Microsoft SQL Server (required).
• Ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of virtual machine (VM) environments and Microsoft Clustering.
• Understanding of Business Continuity or Emergency Management Practices.
• Experience in the physical security (Control Centers) industry
• Secret Clearance is required

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $100,000 to 120,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
