Technical Account Manager
Objective of the Role:
Technical Account Managers are the client's trusted partner and advisor; supporting them to capture the full value of the licensed products and expertise at Delve. You encompass the desire to understand how technology works and how you can use it to add value, bring exciting challenges, with many chances to learn new tools and design custom solutions to help shape an ever-changing industry .Working with a mix of brand and agency clients you will identify opportunities for account growth, promote technology adoption, and lead customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties:
  • Nurture positive and collaborative working relationships with key clients, technology partners, and internal departments.
  • Help clients leverage the Google Marketing Platforms and other technologies through new feature adoption, knowledge sharing, training advanced application, and customized solutions enabling improved digital media strategy, analytics and processes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Guide clients based on their business needs, best platforms, and Delve's best practices to enable or improve current state; while identifying commercial opportunities to expand to other technologies and services within Delve.
  • Manage the development and implementation of advanced solutions and best practices, during pre-sales and daily management.
  • Lead the creation of processes, resources, and scalable solutions to support clients and a global team of ad tech specialists who design and support technical implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, betas, and launches to ensure ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain a database of pertinent client information, tech partner resources, internal tracking systems, learning materials, etc,

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years experience with client-facing responsibilities (account management, weekly calls, reports/dashboards, presenting reports, etc.).
  • Experience implementing, managing, or using Google Marketing Platform tools (DV,SA,CM.GA) and/OR Adform. Platform certifications are a plus.Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams/clients to develop solution designs and requirements.
  • Ability to build good relationships and conduct efficient business communication with clients.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in media/ digital marketing/ technology industry.
  • Experience in data analysis, web analytics, media insights.
  • Experience working with Adform, Amazon DSP The Trade Desk, Liveramp, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Microsoft Ads, Xandr, Adelphic, RTB House, Criteo, Appsflyer, Singular, Oracle, OnRamp, FourSquare, Willand, Apple Search Ads, Yahoo DSP / Ads, etc.
  • You are tech-savvy, analytical, and well-organized.

Salary range for this position is $60,000-90,000 plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
