Role Summary

 

Strong communication and customer service skills are integral for cultivating lifelong client partnerships.  That’s why Codazen is currently hiring an Account Manager who can build and maintain profitable, professional working relationships with our clients.

 

 Role Requirements

 

• Facilitate internal team collaboration to estimate potential projects

• Manage client relationships and drive opportunities across assigned accounts

• Promptly respond to any questions, concerns, or reservations as expressed by clients

• Collaborate with leadership to prepare SOWs that result in profitable, win-win relationships

• Conduct and send quarterly account reviews

• Receive and manage requests for new client work

• Consistently maintain and update opportunity pipeline and service requests in CRM 

• Regularly follow up on tasks, meeting requests, SOWs, and POs

• Document notes, status changes, and communications on accounts

• Triage customer requests to various internal resources or teams

• Must be okay with up to 20% travel 

• This role will be 100% onsite Monday through Friday based out of Irvine, CA.

 

 

 

 Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

•  2-5 years of relevant experience 

• High level of customer awareness

• Able to reflect, analyze, and learn from customer feedback

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent active listening skills

• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to work within, and contribute team’s success

• High level of integrity and work ethic

• Familiarity with the technology industry and current web trends

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

 


Plus

 

• Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) 

• Experience with technical and/or business writing

• A passion for software
