Technical Account Manager
Job Description
LeanTeq is best-in-class in a very niche part of the semiconductor industry and is looking for quality-oriented people who enjoy working in a great culture to join our team. Our company does chemical cleaning of the manufacturing parts for the semi- conductor industry. It is a great time to join us we are busy and growing quickly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
- Work with customer engineers and internal staff for DOE, new method development, testing requirements, and problem resolution
- Set up new customer accounts, provide quotes, obtain blanket PO's, and negotiate contracts.
- Pursues and close on new business opportunities, including planning product qualifications, part logistics, and preparing presentations for customers.
- Manage key accounts, providing forecasts and handling multiple projects and escalations.
- Work with customers to get forecast information for sales and production planning
- Host customer visits and customer audits as needed
- Able to convert customer needs into executable projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant technical degree in engineering, material science, or chemistry
- Minimum of ten years' experience in technical sales or account management
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent follow-up and accountability
- Able to read and understand customer prints and specifications
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully prioritize projects.
- Work with accounting on invoicing and collection issues
- Able to close a deal
Preferred Experience:
- Material Science or Chemistry
- Semiconductor or related industry experience (machining, coating, plating)
Competencies:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to multitask with good execution
- Detail-oriented and data driven
- Strong commitment to building customer trust
- Self-starter and can work independently
LeanTeq, an Enpro company, carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $85,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Gainshare may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
