Technical Account Manager | BisTrack

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our building supply industry clients. TAMs possess a deep understanding of the building supply industry and the Epicor solutions tailored for this market (e.g., BisTrack). Assigned as the primary point of contact on strategic accounts, TAMs develop and maintain strong working relationships with the leaders and technologists from these accounts, possess a deep understanding of an account's business operations and use of Epicor's products, and provide recommendations and assistance designed to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment in Epicor.

What you will be doing:

  • Leverage deep technical knowledge of building supply processes and software architecture to provide expert guidance to SaaS/Cloud clients
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our SaaS products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of software integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements, provide technical solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • B uild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • A ct as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their operational objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to assess their unique needs and develop customized software solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure efficient and effective utilization of our products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with the Cloud Ops and technical support teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
  • G ather client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

What you'll bring:

  • Deep understanding of the building supply industry and related software products.
  • Excellent account management, communication skills, and executive presence; demonstrated ability to build relationships with multiple levels of an account, with the goal of being perceived as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Able to successfully navigate ambiguity and successfully execute in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience using Epicor Products (BisTrack)
