Technical Account Manager I
Job Description
Modivcare is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager. You will be a contact for EDI partnerships with Modivcare. You will work with our external business customers to onboard new clients, manage updates to existing interfaces, and solve issues presented. You will also coordinate with internal team members such as IT management, EDI analysts, software engineers, quality assurance analysts, operations directors and managers, and project managers on EDI issues. You will be a project manager to gather requirements for technical tasks; evaluate challenges and recommend solutions; interpret partner system requirements and specifications; analyze data, layouts, requirements and documentation to determine development needs; support the staff's interfaces and applications during the production phase; prepare documentation and create task lists; perform data audits to validate information supplied to customers; and run reports. You will report to the IT department.

- Analyze and document requirements for electronic interface development.
- Manage the flow of questions and feedback during the development, testing, and production phases of software solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the team such as processing and tracking projects, managing system access applications, and handling incoming and outgoing project communications.
- Communicate complex technical procedures, and make data exchange concepts clear and understandable to both technical and business staff.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Audits data to validate information supplied to and received from customers.
- Prepare client related documentation.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends.
- Work with customers, sales, programmers, and other consultants to implement solutions.
- Provide consultation and support to customers to ensure developed technical specifications meet their requirements.
- Manage customer needs, respond to questions and issues, document policy, procedures, and meeting minutes.
- Be the primary contact to the IT staff.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis.
- Experience with technical requirements documentation and use case writing.
- Experience with ANSI ASC X12 file standards with emphasis on the healthcare related 837P, 835, and 834 transaction sets.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Leadership experience

Salary: $72,863 - $97,151/annually
