Technical Account Manager India
Job Description
ActivityÂ
- Seek new sales opportunities with new and existing customers in India for market developmentÂ
- Achieve sales target and budgets as agreed with company policy.Â
- Product presentation, product introduction, and involving internal resources to achieve sales grow.Â
- Advise management of events and status of customers and market situation.Â
- Participate actively in providing local contribution to the global key accounts.Â
- Timely feedback to management about the customer visit and supporting sales to do technical clarification to customer.Â
- Complete proposal on automobile industry customized product by fully analyzing market and customer need, contract negotiation and sign contract.Â
- Work as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of sales projects
- Prepare comments & deviation according to customer specification for sales projectsÂ
- Smart selling and conducting training & technical communication to customers to increase customer satisfaction.Â
- Be a team player, involving others to achieve sales growth & customer satisfactionÂ
- Maintain vigilance on competitor’s product and pricing in the target marketÂ
- Provide other services and duties as directed by management discretionÂ
- Assist in collection of overdue accounts and Fapiao issue

Professional BackgroundÂ
- Bachelor degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienceÂ
- 3-5 years minimum experiences as Sales or Customer services in Automobile industryÂ
- Experience in project management or solution consulting is preferredÂ
- Experience in PLM related software sales or post sales is preferred
- Understanding and knowledge of the technologies related with Company Automobile Products will be a plus.Â
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving and planningÂ
- Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgencyÂ
- Cooperative and team-oriented personality with high motivationÂ
- Fluent in EnglishÂ
Skills & AbilitiesÂ
- experience in CAE, CAD are favorable. (Simulations)Â
- Strategically minded and strong negotiating skills
- Target-orientated, self-motivatedÂ
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Accept business trip(Domestic/foreign)
