Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager (Korean Speaking) to join our dynamic team at Workato, an industry-leading integration and automation platform. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Korean clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure successful integration and adoption of Workato within their technical environments. This role requires excellent technical expertise, exceptional communication skills in Korean and English, and a customer-centric approach.

You will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Workato's integration and automation solutions.

  • Lead the technical implementation and integration of Workato within client environments, collaborating with their IT and development teams.

  • Provide guidance and support in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Workato to meet clients' specific business needs.

  • Conduct training sessions, both remotely and on-site, to enable clients to effectively use Workato.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of Workato within client organizations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration and automation technology to provide informed guidance to clients.

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as technical account management or solution engineering.

  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, API management, and automation platforms.

  • Experience in integration solutions such as Boomi, Mulesoft, TIBCO, Software AG is highly desired.

  • Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical concepts and terminology related to integration projects and frameworks commonly used in the industry (e.g., HTTP, RESTful APIs).

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.

  • Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • This is a Singapore based role, you might be required to travel to Korea for on-site meetings.
