Technical Account Manager, Programmatic

Outbrain is seeking a results-driven and highly analytical Programmatic Technical Account Manager for our Programmatic Growth Operations team.
The Programmatic Technical Account Manager will be the ambassador of Outbrain’s Programmatic Access for demand partners and will be working with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams globally to maintain revenue growth and increase product adoption.
A day in the life
- Act as the “Programmatic Ambassador” for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of programmatic trading technologies and the RTB bid stream.
- Support global business teams to improve and increase activity around Programmatic buying of Outbrain inventory.
- Provide performance insights and identify trends through deep analysis, utilizing BI, and a variety of tech tools, and platforms.Â
- Take ownership of the Programmatic Revenue and growth targets while seeking new opportunities to increase programmatic activity.
- Be a contributor, from a business and product perspective to the ongoing process of solidifying the technical flow and business aspects.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-On experience with Programmatic Technologies in place, such as RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
- Experience running campaigns on large and known DSPs (such as Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk, Zemanta...)
- An analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including solid usage of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and other BI Platforms (ex. Looker Studio…).
- Ability to be a project owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks.
- Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).
Advantage but not a must
- Experience supporting or working directly with brands and agency clients
- Experience in client/partner-facing roles from global ad-tech companies
- Ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights.
- A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience.

The annual base pay range for this position is $90,000.00-$100,000.00. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for an equity package, as well as our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Outbrain's total rewards package.
