Technical Accounting Consultant

Our Plano based client needs aTechnical Accountant on a consulting basis to assist with a 6-month engagement. While this project is short-term in nature, this could lead to a longer-term relationship for the right candidate! Target compensation is $50 - $55/hr.

Technical Accounting Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with Pre-IPO activities
• Contribute to ensuring accuracy of financial statements
• Assist with establishing appropriate SOX controls

Requirements:

• CPA highly preferred
• 4-7 years of technical accounting experience
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
