Technical Administrator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Safety / Quality
- Support TRM safe permit webpage administration and conducting spot checks to verify accurate information, while also maintaining an updated and reliable OneLook system
- Assist with the administrative aspects of the entire system, including onboarding new contractors and associates, and performing Audits to ensure compliance and coaching to project Owners.
- Conduct thorough CCC auditing, including data uploading, meticulous auditing, and detailed reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance (20%)
- Ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) standards by conducting documented Daily Safety Confirmations on items such as boots, hard hats, safety glasses, etc.
Engagement
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate organizational roster to ensure efficient team engagement and reflect movements within the Team.
- Coordinate and celebrate associates' birthdays and company anniversaries, implementing small gestures to demonstrate our care and appreciation.
- Contribute to the coordination of associate events and activities, such as the Annual Associate Day (AAD), Boo Bash, and Family Day, enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate offsite activities, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and procurement of necessary supplies, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Act as a Plant Touring Ambassador, conducting engaging tours for groups from local educational institutions and the technical community. Showcase our products and provide insights into our rich history and plant layout.
- Actively promote the achievements and project progress made within the factory by delivering key messages and fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
Continuous Improvement
- Assist in facilitating effective communication within the organization by managing purchase requisitions, serving as a Smart Sheet administrator, maintaining the Engineering project list, and sending reminders for important activities, such as AHC/period end/cash flow updates.
- Generate insightful reports, including demographic analysis and industry benchmarking, to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor the KRONOS system to track associates exceeding 50 hours per week, providing valuable insights into morale and work-life balance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers to provide forecasting updates and identify areas for WOW enhancement, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct STAY interviews, identifying recurring themes and collaborating on actionable ideas for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP/ARIBA system by managing user access, preparing training materials, and facilitating the onboarding of new users.
- Oversee internships progress and potential transition to full-time positions for students upon completion of their schooling.
- Organize and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability for all stakeholders.
- Help identify and book expos and learning events to enhance knowledge-sharing and professional development opportunities.
- Summarize and disseminate key takeaways from Engineering and Maintenance Leadership huddles.
- Contribute to Impact Plan sessions, fostering innovation and driving positive change within the organization.
