Technical Analyst

Job Description:
This role is an entry level Technical Analyst position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributes to programs/project delivery.
• Supports projects impacting business units, product lines, and/or business processes.
• Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation.
• Responsible for PPRT updates and project documentation.
• Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them.
• Typically 0 to 1 years of project or program management support experience.

Required Background

• Understands the importance of governance processes, standards and tools used within the organization to build and support solutions.
• Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy.
• Understands the basic elements of risk and control within the organization.
• Initial exposure and working knowledge of project management fundamentals, enterprise change management policies and standards, and software lifecycle management (i.e., both Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
• Participates in problem-solving discussions and suggests ideas as opportunities arise. Accepts that new ways of doing things can improve individual and team results.
• Collaborates within a team. Seeks ways to develop cross-team collaboration skills and build trust.
• Ability to participate in discussions, process information and appreciate a view point.
