Technical Analyst

We are now looking for a Technical Analyst to join our RELEX family in Atlanta. You’ll join our global Release Factory team of 16 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. 

You’ll be responsible for deploying new software releases to customer environments and developing the deployment process, and by doing so you will be in the front seat of our technology development. Together with the team you’ll ensure that we deliver outstanding service to our hundreds of customers globally.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Be responsible for technical activities in release deployments to customer environments 
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality of deployments 
• Be at the center of communications between customer teams and product development, to fix bugs and improve the software 
• Investigate issues that come up in release deployments 
• Improve our release upgrade practices and processes within and across teams 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in the field of Software Engineering or IT  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong teamwork capabilities 
• Some programming experience (Java) 
• Basic knowledge of databases 
• Basics of Linux and Unix 
• Drive for continuous improvement
