What You Will Do

In this role you will be responsible for designing and configuring technical functionality of e-Builder and guaranteeing product adoption for our clients by working closely with them and the assigned business implementation team throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to:

• Analyze client business process/requirements, facilitate design sessions with client teams, and develop corresponding process and data flows
• Responsible for owning the overall design of assigned technical projects as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs
• Will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements
• Responsible for writing technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) based on interactions directly with the customer and professional services teams
• Perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps as well as provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems
• Configure integrations, BI reports, BI dashboards based on requirements and business rules using industry leading technologies (Boomi, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) with a focus on automation of data transfer and insight
• Assist with UAT strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results
• Create and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and required documentation
• Engaged in best practice development initiatives, provides thoughtful leadership, and familiarity with proven cloud solutions that support organization objectives

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• SaaS Software integration experience
• Ability to effectively present and communicate information to customers, strategic business partners, and company management
• Prior experience with writing and analyzing business and system requirement documents that convey complex business analysis and technology solutions
• Experience with SaaS software testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results
• History of recommending and implementing process improvements
• General understanding of financial reporting and ERP/Procurement Systems (Cash flows, G.L. Accounts, etc.), asset management, GIS and other construction technologies
• Experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services
• Up to 1-year experience working with the Dell Boomi Platform (Equivalent experience with other integration platforms, e.g. TIBCO, MuleSoft, Oracle ESB, will be considered as well)
• Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
• Deep understanding of APIs (REST & SOAP) as well as connection methods
• JavaScript (or other programming language experience)
• Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
• 2+ years of advanced experience (pivots, joins, ETL) with BI platform - Tableau, Power BI, Informatica
• Proficient experience with G Suite and web technologies
• College degree preferred in computer science, business analytics, etc.
• Some travel may be required
