Job Description

We are forming a new Salesforce Operations team that will focus on providing a superior user support experience and managing day-to-day operations for the 1700+ users on the Salesforce platform. Our bankers primarily use Salesforce for Sales Enablement (prospecting, client relationships) and Loan Origination (Deals, Underwriting, Portfolio Maintenance). This team will work closely with Super Users and Subject Matter Experts in the line of business; a Nexus (scaled agile model) comprised of 4 scrum teams driving new feature build-out on the Salesforce platform; and IT professionals across the bank to ensure our customers have a positive experience working in the platform. This team will fulfill Salesforce requests coming from users and super-users; support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices; triage any issues that arise and engage across teams to drive resolution; and will help drive continuous improvement of the platform, including evaluating roadmap features for future usage.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will help configure and operate our Salesforce org as a Salesforce and nCino Admin.

  • You will fulfill Salesforce requests from line of business users (user management, data loads, data quality).

  • You will triage any issues that arise and engage across teams to drive resolution (8 AM - 5 PM)

  • You will gain understanding of underlying business processes to best support our bankers.

  • You will use your strong communication skills to understand issues and business context, gather information and follow-through with solutions.

  • You will contribute knowledge to our team Knowledge Base.

  • You will help capture Salesforce platform metrics and KPI's in order to understand platform usage, friction points, and user satisfaction.

  • You will provide recommendations for system improvements, automation and self-service opportunities.

  • You will stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

  • You will learn and apply lean and agile principles to continuously improve our understanding, our products, and our team.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    A Salesforce Operations Technical Analyst should have a combination of technical, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to effectively support bankers using the Salesforce platform.

  • Education: This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 1-3 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Sales, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Problem-solving ability: Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide triage and resolution to problems of a moderate complexity.

  • Problem-solving ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are critical in identifying and resolving issues related to Salesforce systems and processes.

  • Communication/Relationships: Enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve business objectives while building strong relationships to become a trusted advisor and create raving fans.

  • Communication/Relationships: Oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF

  • Time-management: Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and priority of own work assignments

  • Customer Service: Experience in Application Support, Sales or Customer Service (preferred)

  • ITIL / IT Service Management best practices (preferred)

  • Lean and Agile methodologies (preferred)
