Toppan Merrill is hiring a Technical Analyst Lead to join our team in New York, NY. You will Lead efforts to provide overall system and infrastructure oversight, and technology implementations. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates organizational, procedural, and workflow plans and methods.
• Provides technical direction and recommendations to improve utilization and procedures.
• Define/improve/utilize capabilities, tools and performance metrics, for support and documentation of key operations processes including Release, Configuration, Change, Capacity, Continuity and Availability Managements in line with business requirements and funding capability.
• Under general supervision, plans, conducts and may supervise assignments.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results.
• Reviews progress with management.
• Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
• Acts as technical lead to coordinate hardware and software deployments and implementations.
• Ensures successful delivery and integration of critical infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Skill Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional Experience
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Technical skill and understanding to drive system availability, improvement, and performance.
• Capability to effectively team with all functional support and architecture areas.
• Abilities to manage, coordinate, and integrate the cross platform and multi-technology production environments or lead efforts and situations that span multiple groups within the support organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team or as an individual contributor.
