ManTech is seeking a Technical Analyst / Writer III to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA

Position Overview:

Knowledge of the Integrated AT&L framework documentation, DoD 5000, CMMI, and ISO 9000. Ability to develop requirements, traceability documents, acceptance criteria, and test case mapping for functionality, performance, and regression testing.

Education/Clearance Requirements:

• Should have twelve (12) years' experience with a Master's degree or fifteen (15) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Prior military experience supporting Navy Training elements and specific NCTE technologies including Navy communications, link, RF, and network protocols are preferable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe production tools and applications. DAU (or other equivalent program) Level I certification requirements in Program Management or Acquisition is preferred.
• Active Secret clearance
