Technical Antenna

1. Product Engineering

• To lead Product Evolution (Product Change) Process in plant
• To provide T echnical support to production and Quality
• As a Product Technical Antenna bridging between Plant and LoB (Line of Business)
• To be responsible for qualification of parts / products during the event of change .
• To Support QVE/CoS (Quality Value Engineering / Change of Supplier) Project in the Plant

• To responsible for follow-up SPS implementation and deployement.
• To ensure that department activities in-line with ISO 9001, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000.

• Good understanding on interpretation of drawing, material specifications, GD&T. Added advantage hands on with 3D modeling skills
• Has strong knowledge on Manufacturing technology like Plastic moulding, Sheet metal Stamping, machining , PCBA Process flow etc..
• Good computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD, 3D softwares).
• Skill to communicate internal and external (International) cross function teams, able to work as individual as well as in a team.
• University degree, Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics
• Ability to Manage / Lead Projects committed with timeline ,able to work under high pressure.
• 3 year experience in Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing industry with Project management view
• Able to communicate in well in English (Read / Write / Speak)
• High sense of responsibility, Result oriented with Quality mindset.
• Innovative, Provide ideas to improve the current Product / Process whcih will have Cost Saving
