What we’re looking for

Massive Rocket a global Martech company specializing in Braze and Snowflake is looking for a talented Technical Architect to join our growing team. We work with clients across the U.S. U.K. and European Union delivering cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. In this role you will be responsible for leading the technology aspects of cutting age AI product. As a Technical Architect your are going to be connecting point between business product and engineering. Being technically savy and code oriented you will step in the trenches coding with the team while maintaining the high level technical picture. Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the overall architecture of the AI-powered  platform.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to meet the evolving needs of the platform.

- Ensure the platform is scalable reliable and secure.

- Promote best practices in software development including coding standards testing and documentation.

- Drive the adoption of an event-driven architecture with full traceability.

- Improve onboarding processes for new engineers.

- Address technical debt and improve code quality.

- Actively contribute to code development particularly in critical areas of the platform.

- Mentor and coach engineers on best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven Experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role with a strong hands-on coding background.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software development.

- Experience with event-driven architectures and event sourcing.

- Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure preferred) and containerization (Kubernetes).

- React/React Native Expertise : Proven experience in developing scalable applications using React and React Native frameworks.

- Full-Stack Development : Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript HTML/CSS Node.js and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform GitLab CI/CD).

- Passion for building high-quality software and solving complex technical challenges.

- Collaboration and Communication : Effective communicator and team player comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Agency experience : Experience working in an agency setting with clients

- English C1 Level : strong communication skills with professional level of proficiency in english

- Experience with security best practices and compliance standards.

- Experience with medical device regulations and compliance.

- Familiarity with data engineering and data science concepts.
