Technical Artist - Unreal Engine 5 (MetaHumans)

NinjaTech AI is an early stage conversational AI startup based out of Palo Alto, CA, founded by successful serial entrepreneurs - former Google & Meta executives. We've partnered with SRI, the original home of Siri, as their first generative AI company. Our goal is to democratize access to AI-powered executive assistance, so that everyone is more productive at work using generative AI and our own Large Language Models.

Join us as a Technical Artist to design and render a high-quality (think cinematic!) interactive avatar with Unreal Engine 5 and Meta Humans, which can be displayed and interacted with on the web (can be Pixel Streaming or equivalent).

You will be able to unleash your creative talent as we provide powerful compute resources for you to create and render avatars that interact with humans in a way that has never been seen before!

Qualities of the avatar:

- Interactive: able to "speak" while demonstrating emotions and facial expressions. If the system uses audio-to-face, then an accompanying text to speech needs to be implemented.

- Ultra-realistic and embeddable in a Web app.

- Super smooth and seamless (needs to run on mobile as well) - perhaps using WebGL or a similar method.

Important Details:

• This can be a contract-to-hire or a direct employment arrangement with a competitive pay rate depending on where you are located.
• Strong preference will be given to applicants who are able to start working on this asap.
• You can work side-by-side with us at our office in Palo Alto, CA (free food, drinks and snacks!) or you can work remotely.
