What you’ll do:

  • Support the users by inbound calls for technical issues, identifying and managing the hardware and software anomalies found;

  • Track the assistance activities in the Trouble Ticketing tool (ticket opening, updating, closing and customer notification - ticketing Dynamics tool);

  • When appropriate, you forward the tickets to the competent structures;

  • Support the technicians sent to the territory;

  • Interface with the various company structures for non-standard troubleshooting.

Who you are:

  • You have knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (drivers, logging, services, logical units, local paths);

  • Knowledge of the hw and sw components of PCs and servers;

  • Experience in network technologies and protocols, routing, switching;

  • Experience of the main remote connection systems;

  • Fluent in French.
