Technical Business Analyst

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate these into solution specifications and system designs and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts (APIs, Architecture, System Design) effectively to people of varying disciplines and levels within the organization
• Proven ability to be motivate and drive cross-functional teams with attention to detail and strong negotiating skills with minimal direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to succeed.
• Experience operating within an Agile development methodology.
• Experience in a technical business systems analyst position with a proven track record to work under pressure and deliver.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) preferred.
• Knowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture preferred.
• Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred.
• Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest preferred.
• Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality preferred.
