As a Barclays Technical Business Analyst, you will be joining the global team responsible for executing transformational initiatives that help Markets Sales realize aggressive client growth targets. You will collaborate with business users and senior managers to clarify requirements and drive delivery through the organization. You will face off directly to business and technology stakeholders while also leading various Trading technology initiatives to ensure Sales technology strategy is consistent.

What will you be doing?• Being responsible for managing end-to-end delivery and accountability• Working with markets users as well the development and QA teams to deliver change on time and with high quality• Developing and documenting fit-for-purpose plans, understanding and incorporating business prioritization and resource constraints• Gathering development and testing estimates and including these in formal project plans• Managing various stakeholders across business and technology, pro-actively articulating bottlenecks, conflicting prioritization, and providing a transparent assessment of project• Being responsible for interacting with business users for requirements and support while documenting the requirements for respective projects and programs• Collaborating with software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood, ensure the scope of the deliverables are developed as specified• Conducting comprehensive functional testing during the development process and work closely with the relevant users to complete user acceptance testing (UAT)

What we're looking for:• Prior business analysis and project management experience working in investment banking technology (experience working in an agile development methodology is a plus)• Solid understanding of Financial markets, related to various products and Trade Life Cycle processes• Experience working on successful projects as a business analyst (requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing)• Proven experience with stakeholder management at all levels

Skills that will help you in the role:• Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Products and Systems• Experience delivering projects end-to-end (across multiple teams and business stakeholders) on time, within scope and budget while working effectively with global delivery teams• Technology development background with hands-on data analysis skills• Solid understanding of technology infrastructure and operating environment of large, global technology organization
