Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in US Federal operations and a proven track record in Omnichannel, Digitalization, Digitization, and authorization control. Previous technical writing experience is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • US Federal Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of US Federal regulations, compliance, and processes to ensure that projects align with government standards.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Digitalization and Digitization: Drive digitalization efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
  • Authorization Control: Design and implement robust authorization control systems to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Technical Writing: Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and process workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Education and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum Five (5) years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in US Federal operations and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in Omnichannel strategy and implementation.
  • Experience in Digitalization and Digitization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of authorization control systems and security protocols.
  • Technical writing skills, with a portfolio of relevant documentation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

Minimum Eligibility:

  • Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
