Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and provide technology solutions that meet those needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Perform data analysis to support business decision making

• Implement, configure and test feasible solutions.

• Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions.

• Conduct system testing to ensure requirements have been met

• Provide user training and support

• Create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role

• Understanding of business practices and processes

• Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling

• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools

• Experience with project management methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Education Qualification:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant field
