Role Snapshot
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise. You will gather business requirements and translating them into the proper technical solution for a team of highly skilled automation developers. You will be instrumental in enabling workflow driven decision making delivering complex, integrated unattended automations for WPS business lines.

Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of related work experience within Technical Business Analysis arena
- Experience using Agile methodologies
- Expertise with MS tool sets: PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word
- Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or similar industries
- Experience with automation, .net development, or similar development processes
Salary Range
$70,000 ~ 95,000The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills and may fall outside the posted range.
Your Team:The Technical BA will work closely a team of 12 automation developers and analysts to advance WPS by delivering automations that eliminate manual tasks to allow our workforce to focus on higher value work. To accomplish this, the team is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and insightful automation solutions back to the business.
