Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst for our ArcDigital team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability of feature sets and applications related to Donnelley Financial Solution's ArcDigital products. This role will collaborate with business partners to analyze business needs and create clear roadmaps that advance the business strategy of the platforms.
Responsibilities:
The Tech BA will work closely with business partners and engineers to drive day-to-day deliverables and execute strategic direction. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as product expert, understand user workflow; and work with engineering to deliver on commitments
• Manage backlog to ensure readiness of user stories for the upcoming sprint and create clear and actionable acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize enhancements, new features and defect handling
• Monitor performance of features and continually iterate for a better client experience
• Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding business needs, application features and updates
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching SaaS solutions to a B2B market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal, web, and face-to-face communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others, and resolve conflict
• Demonstrated ability to define and map data and processes within the organization
• Ability to perform data analysis and running SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases
• Ability to design UI/UX based on data driven decisions to drive user engagement for our customers
• Strong understanding of application integration and API connectivity
• Strong knowledge of data Extraction Transformation and Load (ETL)
• Produce workflow/process diagrams to illustrate system/process changes

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, ceremonies and software
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar platform
• Nice to have: CSPO or CSM certification
• Strong attention to detail and respect for timelines & deadlines
• Backgrounds in any of the following areas is a significant plus:
• B2B SaaS applications
• Financial Services
• Risk and Compliance
• Positive nature, enthusiasm, motivation and a desire for continuous improvement
