State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Middle Office Cash is seeking a skilled and proven Business Analyst, Sr. Associate to play a key role in leading complex technical business analysis efforts to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
Strong business knowledge gained working in Core Banking, Front Office Trading Systems, Middle Office and Cash Equities products covering multi asset classes.
This technical role focuses on advanced requirements analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the development of comprehensive functional specifications to support critical business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team member to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

What you will be responsible for
- Conduct in-depth technical and business analysis to identify trends, insights, and requirements.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation.
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Create data diagrams and flowcharts to assist with creation of complex systems to support requirements.
- Provide an oversight to the testing team to make sure testing is conducted with full understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams on system integration and enhancements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and functionality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, performance and optimization, leveraging technical expertise to recommend solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, with expertise in data analysis and requirements gathering.
Primary Skills:
- Experience with Capital Markets Domain
- Experience with Cash Processing or Cash Equity Products covering multi asset classes.
- Better understanding on Middle office and Back-office Systems
- Better understanding on SWIFT Messages
