General Information:
We are looking for a self-motivated and creative communications professional with a proactive attitude to join our Marketing & Sales team with the goal to update and create new marketing content across multiple product lines. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, the resource will oversee an extensive library from different product lines and industry segments.
He/she will work in strong collaboration with the Product Management team, the Engineering team, as well as with external agencies to deliver all activities related to marketing communications initiatives and events on specific product topics.
The candidate will build the overall product library, focusing on technical documents and rebranding while working in close collaboration with the rest of the team. He/she will have excellent collaboration skills, capability in writing, and a strong knowledge of agency/industry partners. He/she is also used to working with different teams, and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills are a necessary requirement.

The preferred location for this position is in Raleigh, NC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Based on input from the Business, build up each business solution's publications including technical manuals and promotional content with the goal of reinforcing the awareness/positioning of the brand.
- Coordinate and collaborate with local marketing team members for content development, including reporting on progress.
- Develop and execute effective campaigns, initiatives, and projects on time and on budget.
- Create and implement a plan customized for multiple product solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build trusted relationships, maximize investments, and strengthen Hitachi Energy's positioning with customers.
- Identify the best partners to work with for delivering branded content and coordinating content creation with the Marketing & Sales team.
- Assist the Communications Manager and Business team with various Marketing Communications activities including event planning, content creation, and special projects.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or other related degree.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- In addition to bachelor's degree, more than five (5) years of related experience required.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills required.
- Developing communications plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics required
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Develop creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple strategy plans and projects at the same time, while liaising with a variety of different stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player attitude.
- Strong leadership skills in motivating colleagues in a manner that enhances working relationships and encompasses the company brand and values.
- Resourceful individual with the ability to work independently and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
- Proactive thinking to prioritize workload and manage complex itineraries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as SharePoint.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational and project management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high quality materials.
- Support business team in their communications activities.
