Technical Consultant

About the Team

Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our technical team. You will be working directly with our clients, internal and external partners to lead the build and delivery of solution design and configuration requirements to provide best practice solutions. 

The Centric Technical Team runs implementation projects with customer’s based in the UK, Nordics (Norway, Sweden, and Denmark mainly) and South Africa. All team members are home based in these countries and report into the Technical Team Manager for the region.

What you will be doing

• As Technical Consultant you will be responsible for delivering Centric PLM Agile deployment projects on-time, per schedule and in budget
• You will work in a team together with the Project Manager and Business Consultants.
• You will formulate and document recommendations to configure the Centric PLM system with attention to a client's wishes and C8 “out of the box” capabilities
• Training of customers on our C8 solution according to the Centric training offerings throughout the different phases of the project
• Coaching of colleagues and sharing of your experiences and knowledge
• Flexibility to travel within the region to collaborate on-site with customers and project colleagues.

What you bring:

• Experience in working with AWS, GCP and VM based environments
• Experience in expression/formula writing, SQL, XML and JavaScript
• Experience with systems integration (REST API, Db based and flat file) and with data migration between systems.
• Good communication skills

• Knowledge about the business processes in the fashion, retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industries would be an advantage
• Great problem-solving skills to provide Centric PLM solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency to our customers
• Ability to work independently as well as working with a larger team across multiple projects
• Experience in Agile deployment methodology desirable
