In this role, you will use your IT technical skills and/or analytical ability to help our customers get the most from their investment in our software. You will analyse and develop requirements, and turn that into results by configuring new products and features within the software.Â
Our software covers all aspects of superannuation administration and management and you will provide analytical and technical support to both internal and external clients. You will therefore assist with configuration, scripting, testing and documentation for superannuation administration systems and supporting systems such as business process management and customer communications management solutions.Â

Provide superannuation and technology subject matter expertise when requiredÂ

Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle

Requirements gatheringÂ

Solution / system designÂ

System configurationÂ

Integration specificationÂ

Quality assurance/Technical and user documentationÂ

SQL and Acurity Architect scripting
-
Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practiceÂ

Ensure that all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards
 What you will bring:
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant software analyst/engineering experienceÂ
-
Technical skills with SQL, Java, Python or any other programming languageÂ
-
Experience in a similar business or systems analyst role in the Australian financial services industry
-
Practical experience with superannuation technology systems
-
Experience with Acurity will be highly regardedÂ
-
Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)Â
-
Understand and have experience with version control systems such as SubversionÂ
-
Relevant qualifications in I.T., superannuation or accounting will be highly regarded
-
Staff who do not have relevant superannuation experience will be required to complete the ASFA Super Essentials certificate in the first six months of employment.Â
