We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and support materials for our products and services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our users, developers, and stakeholders have clear, accurate, and accessible information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, FAQs, and online help guides.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze technical information.
  • Create and update internal and external support materials, ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation.
  • Review and edit content created by other team members for accuracy, grammar, and style.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or similar.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Git, JIRA) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
